wi-tribe


he very first day when Wi-tribe launched its services in Pakistan I applied for the connection online to be installed at my premises as I was kind of anxious due hype in the market and above all my tiredness because of poor quality of broad and bad after sale services from other companies I had experienced so far.

After waiting for next few months I again contacted them, but this time I called the sales attendant at their call center. The lady assured me that she will send someone to take care of it but it never happened.

If the most cursed organization, PTCL, can follow its lost customer like this, why can’t a company like Wi-tribe which is talking too much of quality and services.
